High Power Rifle @ OKCGC

I'm curious, (not a member) when there will be another High Power Rifle Match at OKCGC on the 600 yd range. I'm real interested in getting into that and would like to observe and photograph the event.

I looked an did not see an event, I was hoping someone on this Forum might know something more.

It's a safety issue. The 55 grainers come into the pits at a pretty steep angle.

The only restriction is for 55gr.

Just remember, your run of the mill 16 inch AR15 is not a good competition rifle for 600 yards. It takes a lot of training and National Match rifles to be competetive. That is at least what I have been told.
