The ones you mentioned are all good choices. It is really a personal preference. I recently picked up a Mossy 590A1 in 18.5" (cant find 20") and added an extension so I have 8 rounds ready to go.
I like the safety location on the mossbergs better since I shoot left handed. Also the 590A1 was the only SG to pass the torture test to be chosen by the Marines. Really the only differences on the 590A1 and 590 are a heavier barrel, parkerized finish, and metal trigger guard. The other options are available on both.
