I throw a glock 26 in the handlebar bag on my bicycle and off I go . It works like a charm, when I go hiking or rucking I carry a handgun in holster again it works like a charm. I am not power lifting, doing yoga or anything where it'd be harder to pack heat mind you .

Drop the salt, caffeine, soda, ice cream, cake and candy.
Eat 4 small meals instead of a couple large ones.
Kinda makes life a little boring, but you get used to it.
Then start exercising.
Takes thirty to forty-five days to get it out of your system.

I wear a fanny pack for biking and slide it around to the rear when Im actually pedaling. The front pockets hold keys, cell phone, and a spare tire; main pocket is for CC For running, I tuck a wicking shirt into shorts, then put on a G.I. canvas belt over beltline of shorts, attach my holster to the belt, and then throw on a 2nd larger shirt for concealment. Its a little warm, but at least Im strapped. If it's just too hot for that, I carry just a knife.
