I pay no attention to time the majority of the time.
Ever hear of sundials?
Somewhere around here I have my old boy scout sun dial. It has a compass to orient the dial and instructions about how far one is off of the Magnetic North to get the correct deviation at different times of the year.
It was pretty accurate to within 20 minutes or so if I remember correctly.
That was back in the day when scouting was about woodsmanship and outdoor living for the most part to teach boys to grow into men.
I counter with “how did the person who invented sun dials know what time it was”
Dude - it’s a freaking joke, not an analysis of time history.
I have never owned or wore a watch either.
