Worked at the skeet range at Incirlik CDI, Turkey 1970-71. Did not pay much but did not have to pay for a round. Shells were discounted also.

Winchester AA wads were in such short supply that we would pick up used ones from the range, wash them in a pillow case and reuse them.

You may have sold my wife's first gun to her. A Sterling in 22LR! (She still has it, and I found and bought a Sterling in 25ACP a couple years ago to match it.)

15th street gun shop
also had an army surplus store next door called Tulsa military surplus.
will re-open one of these days. (was scheduled for 1/15 but puttin' it off for a while)
