How soon for rolling electrical blackouts in OK?

They shut mine down from approximately 11:45 to 1 today. That’s my daggum lunch break. Atleast we had a fire goin in the fireplace so my girls could burn me some hotdogs. Wife said they(whoever that is) say there won’t be anymore blackouts for us today. We will get by fine either way. Have plenty of firewood and oil lamps for darkness. I was out in this stuff for several hours today and really didn’t get cold much. It helps when ya stay busy walking, chopping or lifting stuff.

I tried to call our electric Coop (RRVREA) to ask about blackouts, but their office was closed today.

We went through and turned off and unplugged as much as we could. I was surprised. Obviously, left tv, computers, most appliances, and electronics plugged in but was able to unplug probably a dozen to 15 items.

If everyone did this and turned down the heater a degree or two, we’d probably be better off.
