I actually carried a G19 in a Galco Ankle Lite holster with the additional Calf strap. Worked really well in normal cut jeans and dockers. I just rotate the gun a little farther forward so slide of the gun is directly over my shin bone. :-)
I was carrying my 19 in a crossbreed, but it was not the most comfortable while sitting. I picked up a smartcarry holster and love it. Deep concealment type, and very comfortable. Basically a denim holster with an elastic waistband and it just rides on your hips under your clothes, so no need to worry about having to get bigger pants.
