We've got more this year than we've had in several years. One came down and hovered not a foot from my face today; really looked me over.

We were sitting on the deck yesterday and had a male come to the feeder a couple times. First one of the year.

Kinda strange, when it is cold and raining they live on feeder all day. Warm days like today and rarely see them.

It may be that in colder temperatures, they need more sustenance to maintain their strength and body temperatures.

We have had hummingbirds for a couple of weeks but now there are more Orioles than hummers at the feeders. Have some every year but never this many.

First couple showed about April 3 but what is interesting while shooting full house 357 mag loads 12 ft from the feeder the one that was there stayed feeding for all six shots.
