Does anyone but me remember the old song played around 1961..."On the bank of the river stood Running Bear and on the other side of the river stood a lovely Indian maid..Little White dove was her name ooga ooga etc? If you remember you're too old.

Actually, much earlier, like in 1959. Song was written by Jiles Perry Richardson, otherwise known as The Big Bopper. The most famous singer of the song was Johnny Preston in 1959. Richardson was killed in the same plane crash with Buddy Holly and Richie Valens. The song came out after Richardson's death.
