I finally repaired our riding mower this evening. Okierider offered to help earlier in the day but I was very lite headed for some reason, but after dinner I felt pretty good and was able to get up and down without to much trouble. I like being able to work with my hands still and do things myself when I can.

The docs might have a fit but sometimes you just have to do it yourself to keep from feeling totally useless. Next project, send the controller for our oven off to be repaired and get it fixed. Got to level the stove while I am at it.

This weather has been doing a number on my headaches but I still try to do something I really think I can't at least twice a day. I ain't going down without a fight.

Yea but I got the final mowing done before it broke, and now I can clean and drain it for the winter. Plus we can get the car back in the garage before the weather gets bad on my poor little wifey.
