If he is a danger to himself or others, the police can do an EOD - Emergency Order of Detention.

Basically, that means they take him into custody and transport him to whichever mental institution Choctaw uses (here in Seminole County, we use Grifiin Memorial in Norman) for an evaluation.

This will do a couple of things.

1. It will get him out of the picture for awhile, which will help your sister pull her head out of her ass.
2. It may or may not get him committed to the nervous hospital, depending on the outcome of his evaluation and the decision of the judge.

Also, falsifying a police report, that he obviously has done, is also a crime. He can be jailed for that. He can also be jailed for public intox - drugs.

Good luck to you Dr HK. I've got extended family messed up in drugs and its a bad thing and hard to handle when there are children involved.

Contact DHS and have a referral done. If he's choking out the daughter's, the guy is extremely dangerous. They will investigate and do some thing about it. At this point your main concern should be your nieces, not your sister. if she wants to stay in the relationship and be abused, that's her choice, not your nieces.

This guy sounds extremely violent and a sex offender, make sure to include all details about him being with a 16year old. Don't hold back, your nieces deserve a safe and stable home.

Worst comes to worst, dig a deep deep deep hole...

Oh and make sure you document any and every incident, preferably by contacting the police so they can write it up but if not by writing it down along with any witnesses. If you ever have to deal with him in court you at least have a record.

I had a half-brother that spent nearly 20 years behind bars for burglary and who knows what else. He was released and had to live in the Half-Way House in OKC.
My wife who I was going with at the time had some trouble with threats from her ex-husband and this half-brother of mine said that for $50 a couple of the guys at the Half-Way House would pay him a courtesy visit and he wouldn't cause trouble anymore. I said, "but he is schizoid and my HB says, "he still feels pain." I didn't take him up on it and things settled down but I couldn't believe someone would rough someone else up for $50.

See that she is prepared for whatever may happen, thigh holster/pistol etc.

and you want to make it your problem (which may or may not be wise, that is for you to decide) contact the courts and systems, meaning you will need to report them as in a dangerous situation and request a kinship placement so someone more responsible can look after the children.

I been pretty mute on this as it has been going on for some time. Here is the backdrop. My sister gets into a relationship with this guy Rolly (made up name)who is an ex-con. Yes I know I had my doubts about him and he has had to win me over. Well unfortunately my first thoughts were correct and he is a BIG LOSER. (sorry for long rant)


So Rolly had admitted to having relations outside of my sister's relationship since day one.
Admitted to around 6 or more other women.
Rolly lost his job due to two things first was dating a 16 year old, second was for masturbating on the job and got caught
third Rolly has been doing meth for sometime now
Rolly is paranoid about my Brother, Cousin , and I are going to kill him
Has choked my niece and only stopped when my sister woke up
Has put several holes in the walls, the big screen TV is broke, etc.
Tried to run over his mom in his vehicle.
Admitted he was going to kill his boss (with bow and arrow)to my brother and I, but when he went his boss wasnt home.


Christmas eve my brother went to my sisters house and Rolly starts wigging out and threatens my brother, threatens to kill him. So Rolly calls the police and tells them that I am my cousin are in the woods and is going to kill him. Police show up and I guess make a report and ask my brother what is going on. My brother stated that he has been doing meth recently and is paranoid.

So my mom finally convinced my sister to move out and this was Christmas day. So all of the family went there to move her out. Well we tried to get a police escort out there while moving out as he wigged out earlier that day. So the police wouldnt escort unless he was actually there harassing us. So in the process we call his mother and get his bow and arrow and give it to her. She told us to take all the air out of his motorcycle so that he cant take off.

fast forward and my sister is still seeing this guy and spending the nights with him. Well my sister told my mom that he made another police report stating m y brother and I broke his window, and his garage, and we follow him when he leaves the house. All of this is complete lies.

So this is what I am wondering from Police officers. If Rolly makes up lies due to his paranoia and makes a police report, should I worry? What should I do?

I wonder if he might be on parole........he could go back to jail for a false report
