I shot my first idpa match today...

I had an absolute blast. My friend Ross and I both went to the match at The Firing Pin in Hinton. It was Ross's fisrt match too. My wife and kids came and hung out at Red Rock Canyon while I shot. They had a great time as well.

Thanks to Brian who ran the match. I don't remember his last name but he was really helpful to us newbies. Also thanks to Brian and Pamela from B&P Shooting sports in Chickasha. They shot and were very helpful as well. Don't mess w/ Pamela, she hit the swinging target twice in the head in the last series.

Tom hughes has a great palce out there and it was worth the drive.

I'm hooked.

Wait until you get a taste of the OKC gun clubs outdoor USPSA. 30+ rounds on a stage with some serious running and gunning! I can't wait until next month! You should come and check out the 3 gun match on the 16th too.
