I see you've already done it to one of his videos, but since he has a Youtube channel that is all his(His actual name on the Youtube channel) put your surveillance video in as a response to everyone of his videos. That way he sees and knows that your on to him and every time someone watches his douchebaggery videos they see his attempt at being a thief and might actually ask him why is that other video on here, if he's scared and foolish he might even take his videos down out of fear and then you know that it was him....

You could really screw with him, get the neighbor kid to text him and tell him the police have been in the neighborhood asking about him, that they have him on his neighbor's security cameras trying to get into the garage...

Putting myself in the kid's position, this would be the most stressful and perspiration-inviting scenario out of all suggested here. Knowing you've been caught and it's just a matter of time before you pay the piper sucks.
