The problem with Swagger and Reacher is that they don't talk all that much, which kind of defeats the purpose of the exercise. I'd like to hear the stories Jesse Stone or Mike Hammer would have to tell, but they're also in that category. Rick Deckard and Thomas Magnum might be better choices, but I think I'd have to choose Walter Bishop ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Bishop_(Fringe) )--he'd have the best stories combined with a talkative nature and no filter whatsoever...
