One has to be able to be humiliated and ashamed before impeachment really works. Obama has an innate ability to never be ashamed, humiliated or to accept blame-for anything. Therefore, he is unimpeachable.

Andrew Johnson was a Republican.

In all fairness though, that was nearly a hundred years before 1964, so you might as well call him a Democrat.

Edit: Kopbet is right, Johnson WAS a Democrat. Ran on the same ticket as Lincoln the Republican. I think that's a unique situation.
