IRS and Gun Control - Is there anything real to this?

I received this from a friend and have not had time to check it out, but it looks like the IRS might be trying to get a little more power. Anyone know more?

Lawyers may debate whether or not the wording of the bill gives the IRS the power to suspend gun rights.

So, somebody is taking an interpretation of proposed legislation, and sounding the alarm.

Nevermind the slam-dunk defense in court to this, should it come to pass in the worst possible way. IANAL, but seems like Due Process problems right out of the gate.

Doesn't Obamacare use the IRS to impose its penalties on its non compliant victims? Perhaps they're hoping to use this as a means to strip second amendment rights from those who refuse to purchase health care?

1676 pages! sounds like another healthcare bill. bore you to tears then every 20 pages or so another right is stripped away
