Is it too late to prune my trees?

No, it's not to late to prune your trees. Pruning before bud break is primarily for fruit trees and won't hurt them only cut down on fruit production. Fall, after dormancy is the optimal time for pruning. Optimal or best is the key word, trees can be pruned almost anytime without much stress. Tree business owner, 24 years.

Yeah, take the easy way, nemesis. Listen to a bunch of guys on the internet, nambypamby tree-hugging guys. They won't steer you wrong.
Sure. You just do that. I don't know how the tree huggers took over OSA. I just don't know.
Just pathetic. It wasn't like this in the old days.

No its not too late. I would do it ASAP as you are a little late. Trees should be trimmed in the late fall to mid winter when dormant. Usually in February is best. However you are going to loose some flowers and that's about it. Get it done soon. Master's degree in Horticulture. 40 years experience.
