I have been on the phone with ATT for 2 HOURS ... and I still can't access my account on line ... Talked to 3 people, the last one talked to me like I was a friggin' moron ...

"Well, I fixed it, you should be able to get in now"

Well, honey, I can't get in so you must NOT have fixed it ...

I swear when our contract is up in February we are switiching to Verizon ...

Normally noon is the acceptable time to start drinking. However, when on the phone with ATT, anytime is acceptable.

I always thought noon was the earliest start time unless you are still awake from the previous night.
