O.M.G. they sent me their 3 question customer satisfaction survey ... When I told them what I thought of them and their "customer service" ... and I use the term "customer service" in the broadest way possible :grumble: it asked me what I thought they could do to improve their services ...

Said I would get a phone call in a few days ... I can hardly wait ... Let the drinking begin because I want to make sure I'm not holding anything back ... LOL

My wife would rather I drink BEFORE I call in. She said I am more pleasant, after a few, than before. Not sure if this is a positive or a negative.

Hmm - so the next time I call my service provider and get the automated service, I should say "Hello, can I please speak with a d@mn live body" to expedite the process? Or can I get away with "Gosh darn"?

I think it also depends greatly on the stress level measured in your voice as well.
