I have not read all the posts and I know many are trying to be humorous and I appreciate that. However, I have never had that problem at a Crest store. Only at Wal Mart and have or has anyone noticed how much wider and cleaner the isles are at WM in last few years? I think other chains have had an affect on them. NO, I won't shop for groceries at WM unless necessary for things others may not have. I love Crest, just sayin', but then I am old, not in a whatever chair it is and have no handicap sticker on my truck. Good night and good luck.

LIGHTEN UP FRANCIS!

So why are some people trying to turn this thread into "why are you picking on handicapped people?"

I've been around countless handicapped people that are polite and considerate of others when they are moving about in public. They say excuse me, pardon me like anyone else as a common courtesy to others. I have even stopped at the register to help them get things out of their basket and place it at the register.

The OP simply pointed out that someone in a handicapped shopping cart was being inconsiderate. Regardless if you walk or ride, you are treated as you treat others.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm a little sad that its even possible to take a thread talking about people blocking the aisles to 7 pages (I myself am guilty of making a comment). I think the comments defending those in the cart (or the blockers) are stemming not from the OP, but from some of the later posts in the thread.

It just seems like OSA has been a rampant *****-fest lately where everyone is quick to pull the trigger on doling out rage or blame or even... dare I say it... hate (like cheering on someone's death - call it what you will, but it sort of sounds like hate to me).

Just sayin'

I agree there is a lot of negativity on OSA.

Side note: Caravaggio is great painter and I like most of his paintings including the one on that Wikipedia page.

Funny how Christians and fat folks are two of the very few segments of people who can be openly discriminated against without fear of retribution. I'm 5'10 and 282 lbs. and I would personally challenge any of you to say half of the **** to my face that ya'll talk here. I find it really atrocious that we're talking about people being rude by blocking the grocery store aisle, yet there have been numerous grotesquely rude comments about people who are obese. Give yourselves a round of applause hypocrites. Respect is given, when respect is reciprocated.
