I hear ya VIKING.

With some of my health issues I expect that one day I will be one of those people riding in the handicap cart and parking in the handicap spot so I try not
to look down on those who do.

Karma has no expiration date.

LIGHTEN UP FRANCIS!

So why are some people trying to turn this thread into "why are you picking on handicapped people?"

I've been around countless handicapped people that are polite and considerate of others when they are moving about in public. They say excuse me, pardon me like anyone else as a common courtesy to others. I have even stopped at the register to help them get things out of their basket and place it at the register.

The OP simply pointed out that someone in a handicapped shopping cart was being inconsiderate. Regardless if you walk or ride, you are treated as you treat others.

Okay I will fess up ...... I am fat and slow. But I do my best to keep out of folks way. Even to me blocking the way is rude. I wont use a cart until I just cant make it without one. I have used my wheelchairs now for many years and the days I am out walking (slowly mind you) it makes me cheery. I may look mad as hell but that is do to concentrating on not falling down yet again.

I do get asked for help from a lot of people at wally world because when I am on my feet I can reach the stuff on the top shelf no problem. Lots of short folks are very polite about getting high things handed to them, I am happy to help out gives me a reason to stop for a bit. :)

If people are gettin' testy bout the aisles at Crest bein' block what are they gonna do at Wannamachers gum show? And most of those people blockn' the aisles ain't even handicapped. Just lazy...

If you've eaten the food at Wannamachers, you will simply crop dust the slow movers...
