Will these changes help businesses in general?

Obamacare does not apply to businesses with less than 50 employees. Thats why you see places like walmart keeping most of the employees under 30 hours so they avoid the penalties.

I hope he realizes that when the "camps" open up that he wont be running it, he'll be on the other side of the wire.
They wont need lawyers enforcing the "old" laws, they have their own laws!
