After the age of forty, homosecksheral activity is largly voluntary in prison.

Some people might be into the "old" thing. I once stumbled across a site with some serious old people doing things. *sigh*

Somehow I do not think this thread is headed in a very good direction. I hope it is like one of those car accidents that you have to look at even though you know no good will come from it.

And as far as Jerome goes I've maintained from Day One that:

1. He was a druggie. A working druggie, but a druggie nonetheless.
2. He seemed a little too proud of the fact that he had killed someone.
3. His mug shot is ... well ... again, he just seems a bit too proud of the fact that now he has streed cred.
4. I'd like to talk to the man -- I bet you could fill an entire legal pad with codes from the DSM-IV. Those kinds of folks are always make the best dinner conversation.

Don't know much about the prison system thing for a disclaimer.

Or maybe he needed some "trade goods"?

I would think a Pharmacist who was really in pain would know what to say to the prison doctors to get them to issue pain medications.

I too know very little about prison, and I'd like to keep it that way...

So, he'll be tried in house for possession of CDS, maybe conspiracy and his son will face Felony charges for obtaining the patches and smuggling them in.

I don't know much about the prison system medical benefits. I'm willing to play the odds, pharmacist needing drugs smuggled to him, who shot the **** out of someone....... Guilty drug addict.

I do, and they ain't giving them out. Hell, they hardly give out ibuprofen. A butrans or fentanyl patch would be worth serious coin in a medium security prison...
