I didn't catch him saying "I dont understand what Im saying anymore.", but he did seem to avoid committing to any gun control or filibuster changes.

The question I have from earlier in the conference is in regards to the calculation of GDP growth. Why doesn't anyone put them on the spot to specify real or nominal GDP? The first thought that went through my mind was that passing a bill to add $1.9t in debt would absolutely increase the nominal GDP with no other actions just as a byproduct of inflation.

He totally side-stepped the question on gun control and diverted to infrastructure needs.

I thought that is what he did, but It was so hard to follow him I wasn't sure.
