Just learned my wife's aunt passed away and left her a Subaru (2025)

I know next to nothing about these cars. It's a Forester with less than 1K miles. Reviews seem to be mostly good. Never had a
AWD, how does one rotate the tires and any other advice you can give me. Thanks

Got my Mother's legacy wagon after she passed. It's a 2002 but only has 120,000 miles on it. Mom had the head gasket done at 100, 000. Wife drives it. Should be good for 200,000 to 300,000 miles. Rotate front to back then back to front.

Congrats on the Forrester and condolences to the family.

Keep it serviced, run full synthetic oil and use only Wix or Subaru filters. Subarus have a monster oil pump and they spec an insane bypass valve pressure that most filters don't comply with. Wheel bearings generally go close to 100K but are known for going out sooner. Other than that it'll last and last as long as you keep it serviced and the AWD is ahead of everything else out there. It's mind blowing how well they drive in the snow. As soon as I can I will be buying another one. I ain't no lib...if they made one in diesel...
