Not being a A hole but my wife’s Toyota Highlander AWD typically gets 36mpg.
Also pretty much everything you suggested as far as maintenance is spot on. And for pretty much every vehicle most consumers buy these days.
My son works on most brands at a large used vehicle dealer. He told me it’s pretty easy to spot the ones maintained vs those not. He also said 250K is easily attainable these days by as you said regular maintenance and you should expect over 300K if you do.
