I'm firmly in the "can't say without lots more information" camp. That said, I have made a few decisions up front to streamline the process.

Many years ago while doing a stint of working at a convenience store, I made a decision that I would not (if being held up at gunpoint):
1. go to the bathroom.
2. go to the back room.
3. go to the cooler.
4. lay face down on the floor.

i think the threat should be neutralized as soon as possible because if they get away with it easily they may become more bold and injure or kill others in a nother attempt.
Kill em all! Let God sort em out!
