My understanding of the law and im no lawyer and didnt stay at a Holiday Inn express at any time but you can do whatever you want on your side but when you cross the line without permission, they could get you for trespassing and destruction of their property if they so choice too. So i would try to find out how to get intouch with the owners thru the tax office.

Oklahoma is one of the states where a landowner can collect emotional distress damages for lost trees.
