I have a guy in Connecticut wanting to buy a pre ban AR that I have for sale. He claims all I need to do is box it up with the mags and ship it to his FFL and no FFL is required on my end. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Call his FFL and get the straight skinny from him. He will tell you what is okay and what isn't
get a copy of his ffl's license and ship it to him it's that simple. when get the license verify it on batf's web site
