I have this Arisaka my grandpa brought back from the war. It has the rack numbers still painted on the stock, and the original canvas sling sewn on the swivels, with some blood stains on it -- probably from the former owner who had no further use for it. I also have a Jap sword that he brought back with it.

I also have this FR-8 that I turned into a Scout rifle. Before and after pics.

Smith Corona 1903A3 - Original barrel, correct with the exception of the USGI Keystone replacement scant stock. Rifle had milled triggerguard, upper, and lower bands installed when purchased. Triggerguard has been replaced with large bow SC stamped version and milled bands were replaced with the correct SC stamped upper band, bayonet band, and stacking swivel band assemblies. Handguard was replaced as the rabbet had been shortened to install the milled upper band. Follower, safety, and bolt sleeve were also replaced with correct SC parts.
