The Cheytac is still superior...

Yeah, I was just reading about AI's 50 - doesn't seem like its as awesome as the Cheytac is (or Cheytac is just that much more awesome).

Seems like I was reading about the AW 50 a while back and it sounded a lot more expensive and awesome for some reason.

Oh well, I'll never own either unless I hit the lottery (then its .50s for everyone!).

well i am new to the site and have been looking threw and thought that this is great community and i can't wait to see what i can learn from some of you guys. looking threw this forum makes me get the itch to modify. i guess i will show what me and my son (7yr old) tinker with out in the back yard which has a 100yd, 200yd, 250yd target setup, i am a newbie to the target shooting but learning everyday. mine (laying on the ground) is the Win. model 70/bull barrell/plaster stock/mostly a generic setup nothing too fancy but has been very dependable. my sons and i new little play toy is a ruger 10/22 with some add ons to dress it up. i was really impressed with the $55 wal mart scope on the 22 can't remember the name, has luminated red/green sites and really good clean glass. i don't get too fancy cause i use these guys for about everything.....target-hunting
