man this thread is making me jealous. my wife's uncle builds custom rigs and is well known in snipershide. he's putting together one for me right now so i'm taking his suggestions on all of the components. damn 3 month wait just for the stock, but i shot his and fell in love with it, so i don't want to settle for anything less now

Custom 50- Riding in a Mcmillian Stock, and a 308 on a Savage Action, with H.S. stock. Nothing super special but they sure go BOOM!!!

Heres mine.I got the original gun from an old friend of Art Mashburn.Has some aftermarket trigger in it that is smooth and light.It came with a wildcat barrel in 308QT,bout the same at 8mm-06.Didn't want to mess with the wildcat stuff.So,got a 308 barrel from "shortgrass" here on the forum,a stock from ebay and a bottom plate from Bobby Hunter at High Country Firearms.Bobby did the rebarrel also.BTW,he builds some awesome rifles and is in edmond.So far i'm getting one inch groups with some steel case ammo i had around.Next week is final break in and sight in with quality ammo.Should get some nice results.

Camo Krylon from Auto Zone. I just prepped the hell out of it, and it stuck fine.

Dustin, you're already know the rules. Alcohol and Suppressor don't mix, send the suppressor to me. I can only care for you that much. Very nice can.
