What's the shelf life on these for a brand new one?
There are obviously different grades. Had some given to me by the maintenance head if So Cal Gas that had expired. They were good for at least another five years so let’s say around 8 years??
Had a lot of those, decided to test one since Id had them for almost 6 years… it didnt work. Good way to mark dead deer and the trail to them if you have to leave them and return in the dark. And the obvious, cleared rooms.
I also like the tiny 1.5” little glow sticks, zip tied onto rod tips for night catfishing
I keep a few around for power outages.
I have been doing this for at least 8or 9 years works great.
Smart. I usually use flashlights or candles but that would be safer than candles and you wouldn't have to worry about batteries.. Think I might need to pick some up.
I bet if a person were to snap 3-4 in a room it would put off enough light so a person wouldn’t be tripping over things.
Oh we have those too including some little $5 LED lanterns we got at Aldi. Surprisingly we use those more than anything.
They make a nice splatter pattern on night quals when you want the rangemaster pi$$ed at your buddy 2 targets over.... or so I've heard.
