Long Tom

I inherited a break action single shot 12 gauge that has Long Tom engraved on the side. The barrel is long, hence the engraving. This belonged to my great grandfather. Can someone tell me who the manufacturer is?

Many manufacturers made Long Toms for Sears and Montgomery Wards, among others.
