well new update finally got to test fire the m1 after cleaning it and getting a new recoil spring for it still having the same problem. got on line and googled it then waded through a dozen or so post on some other sights and then found a post that sounded exactly like what mine is doing. the poster said he changed out his recoil spring and his Extractor and neither fixed the problem and then he notice his Ejector was sticking out to far and wasn't letting the rounds seat properly. so I guess this is my next step so fingers crossed.
