`I agree, but the wife now says she wants to sell it. I think she sees it and it makes her sad. I know every time we go check on the daughters house she cries. Still to raw I guess.
Yea I would cry too and probably bee too raw for a few years.
Sadness from the death of a loved child does not go away quickly.

So sorry for the pain you guys are dealing with. Losing anyone, much less a child, is hard on everyone in the family from my experience. I will say getting it cleaned out and dealt with will help bring a start for moving on.
Yes I agree about the house but a couple of things I would like to keep like the cookie jar and the sword, and a couple of tools I do not have, well, did not have.
I bought a replacement scabbard for the sword because I wanted it to be in something nice instead of what I could make as I am trying to learn. I hope someday to find an Asian style dragon template of the right size then I will paint a red enamel dragon on the scabbard since the daughter liked them.
We lost our daughter 5 years ago today. The pain never really goes away, always remembering things we did. We now keep our great grandson one or two days a week. Daughter always wanted a grandkid but passed before this little one came.
Sorry for your loss too.
Damn. I'm very sorry for y'all. My oldest has been gone going on 8 years now. It's really screwed up.
