Reports from the Crimea indicate that Russia has scuttled one of it's own ships in order to prevent the Ukrainian navy from entering the Black Sea. Even if we suspend reality for a moment and pretend that the "self defense" forces in the Crimea aren't really Russian special forces, blockading the Ukrainian navy is clearly an act of war:

That's better than sinking the Ukrainian ships. It is a non violent way to avoid a fight.

The Ukraine Army is in sorry shape with outdated equipment and very low pay, when they get paid at all. They are in no shape to take on Russia.

I agree but whats the money for? To pay an Army thats in sorry shape? Money wont help that. To pay a Govt that left its army in a sorry shape? That wont help.

What if Russia keeps the Crimia, hows a BILLION dollars gonna help? What if Russia takes back Ukraine? Wheres that billion go?

The money is said to being going towards aid but in reality it will go into the pockets of the top leaders. A bit or research reveals that the leaders are parasites with an agenda of destroying Ukraine. Rinse and repeats in another nation soon...
