Loudest Gun/Cartridge?

If you asked my wife it would .45 acp plus p fired inside her Honda at dogs on the farm during deer season from the passenger seat. It was super loud I have to admit.

I shot a few months ago near a 7mm mag with a boss...that sob was loud as hell and I was shooting 50bmg. but being behind my gun isn't bad, its being next to it that sucks.

A friend shot a doe with a 7mag boss twenty years ago. My ears have never stopped ringing

My 8" .300BLK is stupid loud. Better have ears on and stay to the rear. Thing is unfriendly.

I once shot my Mosin 91/59 carbine and forgot to engage my ear pro first. I happened to also have my back to a brick wall. I couldn't hear anything for the next 30 minutes.
