low velocity exploding target I use to make (video)

I use to make these years ago to shoot with my 22mag and 9mm. I tried with my AR once a few years ago and it just went right thought it and didn't explode, so I guess it only works with low velocity guns. I was bored yesterday, so I figured I'd make one to shoot while I was out at the range.
