I recently placed an order for 4 boxes of 9mm ammo from luckygunner.com. The package arrived two days after placing the order. That's some fast shipping. But, there was only 3 boxes of ammo in the package. The shipping invoice indicated there was 4 boxes. I sent an email asking if one box was on back-order. Even as busy as I'm sure they are, I received a reply within 24 hours. I was told no, it was not on back-order, it should have been in the package. I received the missing box of ammo a couple of days later, and a follow up email checking on it.
That's great customer service. And I really like their website. You can tell immediately if ammo is in stock, and how many boxes they have. It's the best web-interface I have found for ammo sites.
