My guess would be a small crescent wrench. Or water pump pliers would probably work equally well.Yeah, it took some effort to FUBAR that. The socket won't even fit over the nuts the way they are installed.
Vise-Grips, needle nosed may be needed.If they got those tight without any visible damage to the flare and did it in a parking lot, Im impressed. Guy must be an engineer.
And always practice trigger discipline when taking them out of the socket attached to an impact
