Well, what do y'all think?? I thought the run was quite brutal; running in to that wind with the dust blowing really sucked. I'm still digging dust out of my eyes! Scoring still sucks, a fellow who DQed 3 stages (and shot the 4th in 2:56) placed 6th overall; while none of the top shooters placed in the top 10! Still giving away the case of convenience store honey buns for 1st place.
I hear things will be changing next year and much to the better. It'll be run more like a real organized event, more like other events. I hope so.

Organizer isn't a run n gun guy, I'm sure if it can be made better it will get done. As far as the honey buns.....it's a fund raiser
I'll be back next year. Not to many opportunities to go to an event like that.
Ya, I'll go back too, especially if it gets run by some shooters (which I've heard it will be). I know its a fundraiser, which is why I don't really care how I finished, and it's a nice Springtime event before Pawnee and some other events. The course is quite challenging and the stages are fun.
