There are different categories of danger areas, too. Dangerous, really dangerous, and really, really dangerous. A Do Gooder giving Bibles away in Afghanistan would be in a category of really, really, really dangerous.

I'm suspecting that in Milwaukee (or any other big city with "BAD" parts of town), his choice was this:

-work in the bad part of town, and keep him or his family from living there
-refuse to work in bad part of town, and end up living there

IMHO, juveniles(juvies) know up front that very seldom will they be treated/prosecuted in a court of law as an adult. Therefore, juvies don't give a rat's rearend whether or not they kill someone in the commission of a crime. They also know that even if they are treated/prosecuted as an adult in a court of law, they will probably serve a very short sentence in prison and they will be back on the street in a short period of time(after they reach the age of 21). So again, IMHO, if a juvy is involved in a crime and a citizen LEGALLY USES SELF-DEFENSE to save his own life and the juvy winds up room temp, THE JUVY HAS JUST ROLLED HIS OWN DICE AND LOST, PERIOD! The same also goes for adult criminals! So to sum it up, all DA's & prosecuting attorneys---who want to advance their lib-progressive-socialist gun hating/grabbing agendas on the dead bodies of law abiding citizens, need to take a long hike and be ran out of office/ran out of business.

It was a through and through , he'll be fine, shooter caught hiding at new store on 2nd street.

I tried unsuccessfully to show that he knowingly went into a dangerous area, that others in his profession avoid.

He had every right to be there.

He shot three attackers and killed two of them, rightfully so.

One of them was a girl, yes, it bothered me he killed a girl, but he had no choice.

He was completely justified in doing this. Completely, it was three against one.

He knowingly went into an area plagued with high crime and violence.

If he had not gone there, he would not have had to shoot the girl.

I don't mean to get anyone mad.

I hope I am understood when I say going into known areas of high crime can lead to life threatening situations.

My job requires me to go into IMO the worst part of OKC (SW OKC between 15th st and 59th st) by myself at night and walk around. I am compensated well, I chose to take the job because it pays 40K more than any other job I can hold. So if I am attacked and I legally kill the assailant(s) its my fault? Honestly that's freaking dumb, in that situation It's me or them and for my family's and my sake if it happens I hope its them. By your logic anyone who does a dangerous job in a dangerous area should be unarmed and just die so the criminals can continue to live.
