Lots of "breach of contract" in there..... looks like SWB got him for over 10K. Looks like he didn't pay up, a couple years later they filed a garnishment affidavit? Someone who's all lawyer like, can u splain this??

I am not all lawyer like but that probably means they are garnishing his wages to get their money. AKA Taxes get taken out, then the money he owe's gets taken out, then he gets whats left. He basically has no choice but to pay, because whoever is paying him does it for him.
