You want me to lie and get in trouble with the law for something I didn't do?? I'd rather just beat the piss out of him.
All I'm saying is, this would do more for Dave and his shows than assault and battery ever will.

many of the tables were held by firearms dealers looking to make a profit, and other tables were held by vendors whose wares had nothing to do with firearms, I was turned off to the idea of attending any more of his shows. Or other small shows for that matter, until SuperDave came along and reminded me that yes, it IS possible to have a show like in the good old days.
Other than this, I have no personal beef with Warren Metcalf.
So...where are these "firearms dealers" that are doing it for charity? I'd like to do business with the ones that are looking to take a loss!
... as opposed to private individuals with personal collections.
Yeah, private sellers aren't looking to make a profit...at least if the BATFE is asking.
I wish everyone felt that way - including the sponsors
I'd like to think there are SOME private sellers out there who just want to pass along some interesting firearms w/o making much, if any money, on them. I've done that myself - what goes around and all that
When you start ponying up the tens of thousands of dollars that we make at Metcalf shows we'll stop going. Metcalf is a prick, but he puts buyers in front of vendors, Super Dave is starting to do the same thing, his first show in Claremore was a bust for a lot of vendors, this last show was substantially better.
How dare you! To bring facts and figures into this... I'm offended. Seriously though, To the vendors: Do you make more money at one of the "prick's" shows than at our Populist friend Superdaves's?
