That's the problem: ALL anti arguments are ignorant. I know - I was raised 100% anti-gun; my freshman Public Speaking final speech was anti-gun. I learned, grew up, matured, took responsibilities - but I still remember that way of thinking.
Anti-gun people are simply ignorant about guns. You can't argue with ignorance - it's like arguing about speed limit on a highway ... with a blind person, who doesn't own a car, doesn't drive a car, doesn't even know what Mile-per-Hour mean; and yet 10mph is "common sense" to them - because cars are scary and they kill you dead when you wreck 'em going fast.
But let's not forget that these people are not dumb, that it is our job to educated them. And to answer another thread - yes we have to be nice, because knowledge is power and with power comes responsibility.
