It has gone to crap. Mgt. has decided to change testing protocols, but not in writing. Via phone calls. I have said multiple times to send all testing protocol changes via email and have not received one email. I'm not changing! F'm.

And, to top it off, we found out our rescue dog is eaten up with the C word. We've had her since she was pup and that was 10 years ago. The best dog that was not the most intelligent, but she is a great protector.

So sorry about the pup. Unfortunately, for the work scenario, sounds like it’s time to brush up ye ol’ resume.
My wife is doing the resume thing right now and it's a whole different world than it used to be. You have to use AI these days and spice it up with graphics, to get noticed. A different resume and cover letter for every job, tailored to that jobs buzzwords.

Any time new management has a take over, they are going to change procedures to their ways.

Conform or leave. Sux, but that's how it is. At 60, conform and do what you can to hang on, unless you have some excellent leads.
Mgt. didn't change, only the owner status. We kept our name and insurance but increased our workload 100%. It's an odd situation. The techs took a huge pay cut, but Mgt didn't.
