I read 40 acres.

I missed that the first time. With today’s price per acre around Faxon, the land is probably worth somewhere between $85,000 to $130,000. That’s one expensive barn home.

I prefer the ability of having a window open for fresh air . Might need an escape sometime. It's a lot easier to kick a screen out .
Besides it's easier to put a window unit in than cutting a hole in the wall.
