I ate a couple pounds of fried catfish, some salad, fried potatoes and ice cream last night.

I wonder what would happen if I ate like that every night, and coupled it with no exercise?

I bet my genetics would suddenly cause me to mysteriously gain weight and possibly get diabetes...

I've tested this over the last 6 months and can confirm that my genetics has definitely caused a weight gain.

I gave up mountain dew quite a while ago, and any other pop that contains sodium benzoate.
Funny is now mountain dew just dont taste right to me anymore!

No way would I ever drink diet pop with all those unnatural ingredients!

Trying to give up pop altogether, but will drink a pepsi when not home.

For a while now it has been tea with unbleached sugar (the kind you make your self), 100% grape juice, milk or water.

I have even cut way back on the amount of tea I drink!

I had some bad cramps in my left leg a few nights ago. I try to stay hydrated (gallon of water each day/limit my caffeine intake) but I also take a diuretic and potassium supplement every day for my swollen legs and feet.

I gotta do something, I'm a mess. 6'2" and 480 pounds. I'm dying. It's time.

Good for you. I’d say I’d race you to 200, but don’t think it’s possible for me to weigh that on this side of the dirt.

Keto works if you stick with it. The challenge is not reverting to old ways once you hit your goal. (At least it was and is for me)
Drink LOTS of water (I average 100-140 ozs daily). And if you need carbonation, get some Bubly. No sodium, sugar or carbs. I drink one - two every day.
You can do this. Best wishes.
