Not sure if anyone else has kids in school who delt with this today, but there were reports of active shooter at several schools. My kids at Tuttle texted us saying teachers were freaking out and everyone was told to hide in the library and officers with ARs were showing up.
I happened to only be a couple miles away from the school and pulled up on a nearby block and witnessed countless officers from all agencies descending onto the high school. Hopping out guns drawn and entering the building and searching the grounds.
Thankfully it appears it was a large hoax stemming from overseas where they called through veterans crisis lines and said they were shooting up a school.
Definitely got my adrenaline pumping a little lol… thank god our kids are ok and I’m proud of our brave officers who reacted to the call so swiftly and aggressively!
